Lodging plus Boat Captain, Dive Master, 2 tank boat dives daily with independent shore diving***$2400**

During Holiday Periods, a surcharge of 20% is added to all prices.

***Internet Access Now Available!!***

We now have internet access available at Big Rock.  We are charged $65/month by the local internet company to have the service on, and an "idle fee" of $10/month when the property is unoccupied.  If you would like internet access, please let us know.  If you are the only renters that month, the price is $55 for your stay.  If others are staying during the month, we will prorate amongst the renters.

**The Down Time boasts a 50 Gallon gas tank which we will fill at the beginning of the week at no additional charge.  Additional gas is charged to the renter at the island price with no markup. Gas is expensive here because it must be transported by boat from the mainland. Gas usage is determined primarily by trips to the north side for diving and fishing.

***On request we will supply you with an additional two tanks for shore diving.  Our shore dive is actually quite good and we highly recommend it for night diving.  If you wish to shore dive, please let the captain know so that we can make arrangements and ensure we have enough tanks.
